The applicable standards for Bluetooth device in Indonesia Base on Government regulation :KEPDIRJEN No.09/DIRJEN/2004
• Frequency Allocation : 2.4 – 2.4835 GHz
• Output Power:
• Spread Spectrum : FHSS or DSSS
• Effective Radiated Power : < -10 dBm (100 mW) EIRP • Modulation Characteristic :
- GFSK
- Index Modulation : 0.32 + 1%
- Bitrate : 1 Mbps + 1 ppm
- Data Modulation : PRBS9
• Spurious Emission
More than important things that you have to completed the document requirements regarding to obtain in type approval of Bluetooth devices.
- Copy of agency, sole agent or distributor agreement from manufacturer (For sole agent or distributor only)
- Power of Attorney [ POA Form ]
- Form PM.4 [ PM.4 and PM.5 Forms ]
- Form PM.5
- Technical specification
- Operational manual
- Foreign test report (optional)
- Required 2 units for a Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) category while non CPE required 1 unit.
